Zucchini for us!

This weeks menu all have something in common. You guessed it. Zucchini. I can't say for sure what has inspired me to do this, but I thought it would be fun. And it has been. So far this week I have made a Ratatouille Bake, and the most scrumptious Zucchini Bisque. S and B liked the Ratatouille, but they loved the bisque. That delights me because I am a huge soup girl. Yummy! We will most definitely be enjoying that dish again. Below is the recipe if you want to give it a shot. Tell me what you think.
